ACCOMMODATION The property is a luxury 3 bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment ( but we only let out 2 bedrooms both with ensuites maximum 4 persons) on the ground floor with patio doors leading onto its own private garden with the swimming pool literally outside the door. The large patio comprises of table and selection of seating.
The apartment has air-conditioning and warm-air central heating controlled by a easy to use digital display.We have also fitted ceiling fans in all the bedrooms for added comfort. It sleeps six in the three twin bedrooms all with full en-suite facilities, the main bedroom has sliding doors opening on to a patio area. Please be careful with the curtains when closing the patio doors. The lounge/dining room is approx. 32 feet by 14 feet with sliding doors to the terrace. Dining is on a glass-topped table with six chairs. The lounge area has a 3 and 2 piece leather seater settee with occasional chairs and tables, T.V. Video and Music C.D. centre.. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave oven, plus the usual smaller electric items,- toaster kettle iron and vacuum. Crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are all supplied. The patio extends along the whole apartment with 6 chairs and table along with two sun loungers. The apartment would not be suitable for children under 12 yrs. old. The main shopping area is not far away, with a selection of shops including a bread shop which open at 0830 hrs. As for restaurants, they are in abundance; we have left a folder in the apartment with a few recommendations.
